They do a phone interview first. It's pretty brief, maybe 20 minutes, asking about my classes and why I want to work in the position. Then I flew you up to Love Field and I took a shuttle to their campus where I was interviewed by the manager, HR rep, and two employees. It was pretty casual and upbeat. They called about a week later and wanted an answer within a few days.
