I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
The interview process has been super smooth. I applied to this job within the last 8 months (the last time this job posting was open) and I got a phone call from a lovely recruiter in AZ to set up a phone interview and fill out the application. She really stressed the ability to finish the application in a prompt time frame. Which I happily did. We set up a phone interview for the following day and it was only a 20 minute phone call. Basic yes and no questions, review of the job description and tasks, as well as open ended questions to answer and review of job history.
After I completed the questions and job history review, the recruiter explained that I will hear back within the next 3-5 business days either by e mail or phone call and to be on the look out with moving forward. I was not offered a job on the spot therefore I put that I was not offered a position but fingers crossed!!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.
