amazing..mthey are very warm and want you to be very comfortable. they dont typically want you to feel uncomfortable . sontheybdonthings like offer nuts or water. theybusuallybhave panel interviews and when they do this they always have someone thatbisbthere to kind of intimidate you(i.e. short answers and quick responses not alot of feed back) if you get a one on one its perfect.
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
