You first have to pass the phone interview. After that you move to face to face interviews. I think it varies if it’s one on one or with a panel. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into it. They give you a tour of the facility, answer any questions you may have. Everyone is very friendly and inviting! There’s snacks/water available along with a fun photo booth. The process was very relaxed and made me feel at ease! The panel was also very kind and first introduced themselves, giving a background of their work history. Gives you time to collect yourself before the real questioning begins. Very in depth of your work history and how you can apply your skills to the job you want! I personally felt super comfortable and it was more like a conversation with a friend rather than an interview. I start training next week!

The interview process took about a month and was very organized in communication. I had to complete a self interview and Zoom interview. The zoom interview was with two people and I was able to choose a time that worked best for me.
