I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied online in September, took all day to get in my application due to the website crashing with the number of applicants. Contacted in December for a phone screen email (no actually phone interview, process seems to be skipping the phone interview if you have relevant work experience/preferred qualifications and a phone interview if you don't but it may be subject to the recruiter processing your application). My virtual panel interview was in January and it was under 30 minutes. PPST scheduled shortly after. My interview was more of a walkthrough of my resume, not at all what I was expecting. Best advice I can give is google general behavioral/situational questions, know your resume inside & out, think about your prior work and life experiences. Always answer the question, even if you have not experienced a certain situation in a work place think about a time in school or in your personal life you did. Easiest to interview on a laptop b/c it allows you to look into the camera without looking at yourself talk like on a phone. Make sure your camera is at a good level and you have ample lighting. Invest in a ringlight (the small/medium ones work best in my opinion).
Be prepared for any question, your experience may be different then mine.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
