I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
After a grueling online application process, follow up emails and a phone interview may take place. If invited to a f2f it will be at SWA HQ in Dallas, TX that is a confirmed seat and should be fly-in, and fly home afterwards. I have experienced an incredible three-to-one face to face (pre/covid) and received a phone call immediately as soon as I stepped outside of HQ offering my CJO. Unfortunately I was unable to take the position at that time, seven years later I accepted a CJO after online application and virtual interview that was attended by a myself, a SWA FA and someone from corporate, it was casual, extremely pleasant and less than 25 minutes to complete.

Interview
The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
