It’s no longer about a fun, enjoyable conversation during your interview. I felt like I was at a United interview not a true SWA one. The male FA with the fake eyelashes and fake nails that put on the atrocious display before everyone interviewing at HQ was just a pathetic reminder of what SWA has become. My interview was cold from the get go but I still smiled and showed that I was excited and thankful for the opportunity to come back after leaving to stay home with my son during his first few years. It was a recruiter who had been there maybe a year and a 6yr FA both of whom had zero personality. Culture and diversity are obviously more important now than SAFETY and customer service/hospitality. So sad for the SWA that I grew up with and worked for previously. Never again and will not recommend. Do not drink the Kool-Aid!!
