The Interview Process in itself was not bad but needs work. To call a candidate ahead of time for a role and ask them to apply for several different positions and go through the process and then to not even bother with timely follow-up or feedback on how the interview went or where they stand for weeks upon weeks is unprofessional. Then after it all, sending a generic "You are no longer under consideration email" after the candidate has called and emailed you for status directly is rude. Southwest "seems" to have a history of great culture but recently "within the last year or so" there seems to be a lot of internal dissolution of the brand. For a company that prides itself on being "people first", there seems to be a festering negative attitude lately that has turned me off completely for wanting to pursue working here.
