I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was given the opportunity to have a phone interview with Southwest Airlines. The interview lasted about an hour, or at least that's what it felt like. About a week or two later, I was told that they wanted me to come in for a face-to-face interview in Dallas. I went through fingerprinting and a background check before meeting with my interviewers. My face-to-face lasted over an hour, for sure. I was told they liked my personality and that I would be hearing from them in a few weeks. I received a call that I was not chosen as there was someone more qualified, and I was OK with this.
