I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Jun 2023
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with a recruiter. At the beginning of the call the recruiter will give you detailed info about the job, ask your availability, and ask a few scenario based questions. If you’ve ever used the STAR method in an interview, apply it here.
Should the initial interview go well, you will enter the next phase which could be with another recruiter and a station manager. The next interview was virtual. It consisted of more scenario based questions. You will be asked if you’re capable of performing the job duties.
Be professional in both your interviews but do not be afraid to show personality. Do not take yourself too seriously. A nice collared or button down shirt will give a great impression.
Towards the end of the interview don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to prioritize which duty to fulfill first on a job.
The one-on-one interview, followed by a job offer, wasn't a particularly difficult process, in my opinion. I would say overall, it was about 15 questions mostly personal questions and scenarios. Typical things that you would ask about situations a lot of eye contact needed smiling personality to show.
