Interview
International screening by HR and 1:1 interview with hiring manager then hiring manager and general manager interview. This interview process was incredibly inconsistent and depicted a culture of arrogance and one that is totally out of touch with current market dynamics. There was no understanding of the hospital market or current contracts. Any questions were met with a level of hostility and silly power plays. There was no engagement or leadership on display, rather a staggering lack of self awareness and lack of industry knowledge. This company has lost its way and will never recover due to better competition.

Question 1
You will be asked to go through your resume and describe your experience with a focus around teamwork.
3 rounds of interview over a month including a face-to-face session, and despite multiple follow-ups, no update was given to me on the status of my application.
This shows poor professionalism of the recruitment process. A company that does not believe in clear and timely communication for maintaining a positive candidate experience is absolutely not worth working for.

1- phone call 2- video calls HR calls for screening to know company fit. In video call they test you on your skills based on resume and if team and hiring manager likes you, you are through.
