Absolutely nothing about this company is positive. They had 4 people resign on the spot within 8 weeks.

Micromanagers Disrespectful to employees and very rude Tight arses - they’ll hold your income on you for a $5 cable Toxic and harassing - if you’re busy in meetings and don’t answer they continuously call MD is a bully and has NIL emotional intelligence Run by a bunch of lunatics

Very friendly and inclusive colleagues (not the management level)

Toxic culture, lack of support from the management, extreme micromanagement (controlling management), inefficient solutions. Insufficient knowledge or "know how", no empathy or leadership skills of the management. Unfair conditions - benefits reduced after the probation period. No KPIs, or career development meetings, no performance feedback.
