The interview was conducted by telephone it was completely remote. The interviewer asked questions about my experience with Internet service and with computers. We talked about availability and my comfort ability with walking a customer through navigating a computer.

Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.

Short and to the point, very professional staff and precise questions. if you don't get accepted you can try again later after 1 month which is considered as a second chance.
