The interview was conversational and light. I went through 3 step process which include phone interview, typing test, and behavioral examination. The interviewer asked questions about my answers to her previous questions. She is also nice and helpful.

Interview
In the initial interview they will be assessing you and what you know regarding the position. After initial, you would be asked to perform a mock call where they will see how you will handle the call and your vocabulary. Lastly, in the final interview you will be asked some personal question.
