There is no planning in the interview process.salary is below industry standard.they wont finish the interview in a single day they will make u wait all day.the HR are not serious about checking the quality of the candidate because there is huge inflow of candidates for interview so they take it easy and they are very lazy

It went on well just need to have simple communication skills to crack the interview they'll put you through some scenarios and see how you respond.
There will be an asessment to qualify for the interview process.

An online typing test with some situational questions as well as a phone interview was there. You will have a basic comprehension to write to check your English proficiency as well.

Interview
At first, there will be a selection process for the non voice assistant job. This consists of four questions which measures our writing and presentation skills. Then the next round will be for the voice assistant job. It consists of a jam session in wich we will be told to talk about something for atleast a minute or two. Then the shortlisted contestants will have a HR round.
