Complete waste of time. I applied for a remote position and got a screening call with a recruiter. One minute into the call, the recruiter ask where I'm located then tells me I need to be within a two-hour drive of one of their offices - something never mentioned in the job listing. So, as you can guess, I'm not moving forward since I'm three hours away.
