Long application process. Sychrony emailed follow-up assessment package & request to schedule phone interview - chose not to follow through as I was not willing to waste exorbitant amounts of time for a lower paying job (as a bill collector, no less)

Question 1
The assessment you take before scheduling a phone interview takes about an hour. You're provided several documents containing company policies/guidelines & account information for various customers - each question requires you to choose the correct document to gather information from, the correct customer and the correct action you would take in order to resllolve customer problem/answer their questions.

Had 2 interviews, star method interviews, they would notify you if you got the role. Had to wait few months to start training. Can be stressful, asking for money over the phone, and training only covers most common outcomes.
