Interview
It started with a phone interview that lasted about 10 mins. Before the call ended your told if they want to do an onsite interview or not.
On the onsite interview your taken into a conference room with the floor manger of the department and one of the current employees who currently do the job your interviewing for. MAKE SURE TO BRING TWO COPIES OF YOUR RESUME ONE FOR EACH. They ask standard interview questions for about 30 mins and you just talk casually for another 10 minutes but even when it's casual they will still be taking notes about you.
The building is very nice and chilly, looked very clean and updated but the computers looked old, everyone was happy that I saw, it has a college campus feel because everyone is happy and joking with each other and there is a huge diversity in race and ages.

Interview
First I applied online but took a few minutes then I was forwarded to a series of behavioural questions which took about 30 minutes to complete. Upon successful completion of this task . I had to chose a date and time for a phone interview which I did. They asked about your past experiences and how you would handle situations. I was then invited for an on site interview the following week .
I was interviewed by two people which were very nice , they didn't give much eye contact because they had to write my answers to the questions down that wasn't a problem because they warned me before hand.
They called the following day with a offer which I accepted.
