It was almost 5 to 6 rounds and out of that only 2 are technical and remaining everything are like behavioral, performance, HR, situation based and how will you act
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Synchrony (Calcutta) in May 2021
Interview
It went absoluely well, first round was a technical as well as manager round where it all went fine with the twchnical questions or be it my project related experiences that I have.
Second was the HR round that also went absolutely fine
Third was the stakeholder interview round which also went absolutely well but unfortunately they did not offer me the job with a non custructive reason which could not be accepted as a feedback.
