Interview
Very basic questions were asked to check if the candidates could understand and reply in English or not. There were 3 rounds, an open round with 10-15 people where they asked basic introduction and sorted out ideal candidates, round 2 one on one with a HR, and round 3 with operational manager and senior HR
They evaluate speaking skills, there shouldn't be any pauses while speaking, there are 3 rounds, basic introduction, ground discussion, voice evaluation round, HR interview, in group discussion they take 20-30 people at once

Interview
5 rounds overall. First round is screening process, 2nd round for english/accent, 3rd is HR &OPS round, 4th round typing test and final round is english grammer written test. They focus only on english communication skills, also your accent.
