MRM called in, sent a text and an email the day after I applied to the organization. This felt phenomenol -- my wishes were finally becoming true.
Reader, from then it was hectic. To get a date for a first call, we had to go back and forth for like five times. MRM felt like a shark navigating the ocean of a wrecked society for an easy prey.
I am not sure if it is because they are new to the game of recruiting but they did not waltzed well through the interview.
It not only felt rehearsed but very negatively structured. They did not even seemed to have reviewed my resume. The camel's back was broken, when she asked, "How many calls did you make in this job?," when the job I was describing did not say anything about calls and even I though I did CONTACT others it was not a main-point of the position.
Even before that the question,"Why do you want to leave your current job?," is such a bad question to make. It does not really get the interview rolling on the right foot.
The recruiter left a bad taste of mouth.
