Interview
Phone Call with basic recruiter that's mainly informational, then extensive personality phone call with actual recruiting manager. They then send you a really weird personality survey that basically asks you "are you depressed or a super outgoing and upstanding citizen." Seems really pointless and easy to lie if you wanted?

Interview
The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

Interview
They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
