Short but thorough was hired same day of interview. My interviewer was also my trainer and very helpful with my getting acclimated with migration, backup and imaging procedures. I was hired as a help desk support agent and eventually was promoted.

Interview
The head hunter CAME with me to meet the interviewer I'd be meeting with. This is uncommon in the United States of America in other states. Tek Systems does an awful job which further needs to neglect. I was not contacted for months after this interview.

How do you deal with a difficult customer or client in the Help Desk
The interview process was very thorough. I was asked various questions about my knowledge of technology, as well as my experience in information technology. I was also asked about my help desk experience and whether I was a team player with excellent communication skills.
