Interview
There was one 30 minute phone screen that led up to an in person interview with the Director and an Account Manager. After the in person interview, they ask that you stay for a half day job shadow and shadow three recruiters and an account manager to get a feel of what a typical day is like in the office. I heard back from TEKsytems two weeks after my in person interview with an offer.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
