I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems
Interview
I was contacted by e-mail by a recruiter for the company after I applied online. We set up a phone interview, after which we e-mailed more and set-up an in-person with her director. After the in-person the director said we were going to move forward and schedule a job shadow through e-mail, however, after a a few days I heard nothing and reached out to her, she never responded and over a week later I received an automated message from the recruiter, not the director, that they had gone with someone else. Very slow and inconsistent communication between the initial contact, phone interview, setting up dates, the in-person interview, and scheduling the job shadow, just to be eventually ghosted, which I thought only happened on dating apps. Very pleasant people and interactions but unprofessional business practices. I do not blame the recruiter.

Question 1
The usual. The phone interview was going over your resume briefly, what you're looking for in a job, the industry and type of work you would be doing if hired. The in-person was the same but more in-depth and detailed.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2026
Interview
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
