2-step process. Very conversational interview and felt very comfortable. It was mainly focused around my experience and personal goals. It felt like a natural conversation and they gave me an overview of what the role is and their organization. They gave me a clear timeline on next steps, and I heard back within the timeline. Strong communication was maintained throughout.

The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview

Was offered position by supervisor who interviewed me, took my resume offline, and was then ghosted by the supervisor. Tried for over 2 months, unsuccessfully, get someone to respond back to me.
