Interview
initially I had a group discussion round and the results were announced on spot, and next we had a general discussion with the recruiter(Abhishek) and he had taken us through the company profile, background and the growth which we have in the company. Then I was given a task, to make a report on scope of Technical recruiter, staffing and mail him. Then we had the next round of interview with him with some basic hygiene questions.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
