Interview
I had 7 rounds of interview. Starting from telephonic screening by one of the recruiters, and all other managerial rounds. It took total 30-35 days for the interview process to finish since I come from a sales background, and I was switching my domain.

1- Why recruitment, and why TEK in particular?
2- How do I see my career graph alligning to my current choice?
3- Longitivity.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
