I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Mississauga, ON) in Dec 2014
Interview
Was informed of this graduate opportunity through my university career centre by email. Submitted my resume and had a brief phone interview with a recruiter on the same day. Had a panel interview with the Regional Controller and a senior BOA associate in the Mississauga head office the following week. Also had a chance to ask questions at the end regarding the position and corporate culture. Received a rejection email the following week. The process was quite quick since they needed a new hire ASAP.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions asked were related to my background and experiences. Also had to address why I want to work for TEKsystems/the position and salary expectations. Look at the numbers in Glassdoor before you do the phone interview! I also had situational questions in the panel interview: "Tell me of a time you helped improved processes," "Describe a time you worked well as part of a team," "Tell me of one achievement you are the most proud of" and "Who inspires you?"
I applied online. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

They asked for me to describe scenarios from past experiences. The in-house recruiter will provide you with a very useful list of potential interview questions to brush up on.
This was back in 2021 but it was Two intiviews. An intitial Phone screening and virtual interview with two managers. I was nervous but the question were simple. Asked about school and excel skills.

Interview
They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
