I applied to different company via Teksystem. Teksystem has been responsible for communication and meeting arrangement. They actively reach out when they need to schedule meeting or want feedback after interview however the moment you’d like to receive update there is silence. A bit pathetic and highly unprofessional having in mind that they obligated themselves to give feedback after meeting with client (company I applied to). I waited for a week since they should have updated me and sent an email to a person I talked with – no respond. Beside that process is over complicated (many unnecessary calls and emails) which result in being in the process for two months and still on the second stage. Extremely slow!
