Easy. It first was a phone interview and then in person. There was a job shadow day where you had to come in and shadow a couple people in the office and that after that the DBO asks how you liked the shadow and from there offers you the position depending on what you say.

Any other company would ask. strengths and weaknesses. Biggest accomplishment etc.They also asked me if I could relay a time where I overcame a huge hardship.. Ya like said pretty standard stuff

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
