It was a 30 minute meeting with the PM and architect. I briefly explained my resume, experience, and skills. The PM then gave an overview of the project/contract that I would join, aligning details of my experience. We lastly talked about the logistics of when I could obtain a mandatory security clarification & when I could travel on site to the customer's office.

the recruiter for teksystems went in hollidays, it seems he lost the deal after one month, and then ghosted me though i called him many times to finish the process.
He did not even tell me the deal was gone and make me loose even more time.

Interview
There were 3 people in the interview.
They asked me all wide range of questions like:
- can you enforce uniqueness using an XSD
- difference between Swing and AWT
- all the JX-* technology I know
- Describe a WSDL
- Difference between UDP and TCP
- Define SOA
Overall it was a nice experience, although I did not get the job as I was not mentally ready for it.
