they took 2 rounds for java developer role Lateral hire.as i am 4 years experienced.
first round was conceptual.second round was hands on .the interview process took 4 days.it was smoot.

i was asked about fault tolerance patterns and design a custom circuit breaker.they asked about process latge files efficiently .covered multi threading in detail.and streams.
2 nd round was virtual hands on .producer-consumer,basic fetch data with caching
I had 2-3 phone interviews with hiring manager and team members. It was pretty decent. Asked about solarwinds tool and how a few stuff works in the software. What I exactly did at my previous company.
Two rounds will be there
Technical round
Manager round
Both rounds happened on same day
So the process is one day only.
I got offer on same day.
8 to 10 technical questions and only one question in mg round
