There is an aptitude test. The test wasn't easy as expected however most people clear this round. After that there are 2 rounds of interview. 1 technical and 1 HR. In the technical round, there were 3 panelists. The interviewees are not grilled much as they are not looking for a highly competent developer. As TCS hires from all the engineering disciples, almost half of the questions from one's branch of study. The panelists ask questions from your field of study: the answers of which even they don't know. Hence be confident in answering such questions. The HR interview is like a conversation. For me it revolved around my hobby of reading newspaper.
