It was an incomplete interview process. The employer had promised three interview rounds for all the students who were eligible, but only few students got to face the three rounds. All the eligible students weren't given a fair opportunity. The interview process wasn't transparent. The few people who found it difficult to face the interview were selected while others were left out.
