Non technical. My previous domain experience seems to be of focus. However there were some discussion around MBA / management related aspects. Overall not a very difficult interview. Had 2 rounds of in person interviews.
It was two level interview with second level bt vertical head. I was asked about creating a presentation and share next week but I didn't like the way I was instructed it looked like macro management which I could have not able to accept as I need freedom to work and innovate
