Tech Mahindra Operations Manager interview questions

The entire process unfolded in a manner that could only be described as remarkably straightforward and surprisingly effortless, giving off the strong impression that there was an acute sense of urgency on their part to fill the position with someone who possessed a significant amount of experience. Consequently, the interview procedure was conducted with a high degree of simplicity and expediency, a fortunate turn of events that resulted in the absence of any particularly challenging inquiries being directed my way.

2 Rounds of interview each lasting between a span of 1-2 weeks. The process was quick and the HR staff was very accommodative and supportive all the way through the process of scheduling the interview to making any changes etc.
