Very industry standard. Two rounds. First round was 2 30-min interviews with behavioral and case in each. Second round was the same but with Senior VPs instead of lower ranking consultants. Had a good experience with the interview process and everyone treated me well.

Online Math test -> First round - 30 mins (Market sizing and recommendation) -> Second Round with more senior Consultants - 2 Back to back virtual Interviews (45 mins + 45 mins) - Case Interview+ Deriving insights from data presented Con - After the final round, I never heard back about the results about whether I was selected or not which is pretty unprofessional for a consulting firm.
