I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (Tenbury Wells, England) in May 2017
Interview
I felt really positive about the interview. The interviewer was laid back and made me feel at ease. He asked why I wanted a change in career, to which I explained that I have a child now so I wish for a job that will work around childcare. He said that I would hear in the next 7 days. I am still waiting for a call back
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
