Interview
Filled out an online application. Within about a week or so, received a call from the store manager asking me to come down for an interview. When I arrived I was taken to one of the managers office and interviewed, being asked a few general questions. After the question stage was over I was introduced to another team member and they showed me how to stock the shelves. This lasted for about five minutes, then I was brought to the tills and helped out there for a further five minutes. After this I was thanked and told the interview stage was complete and I could go home. The whole process lasted around an hour and a half.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
