Took into a group interview, asked questions such as When have you went above and beyond for a customer and such, took down our availability then underwent team building exercises and built a tower from paper and tape

Name a time you have went above and beyond for a customer
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
