An online answer to the questions passed a test in a couple of days on the email I received a letter with a note that they invited me to an interview and I had to confirm the time and the day.

Describe a time when you had to do something at work that isn`t in your role and explain how you dealt with it?
Name a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
