1 to 1 with a middle or senior manager. Questions about experience and availability. Explains the specifics of the role and outlines what they are looking for. Few scenarios are presented and ask questions about your opinion or what you would do in that situation.

Question 1
When was a time where you went above and beyond to help a customer in store.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
