Went into store, had an half an hour interview with one of the store managers, not overly formal, loads of questions about team work and all that. Then had a quick work sample to see how well I worked on the shop floor and with the team.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
