I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Manchester, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
I went in to the store and had an in person interview. It was a casual event, and lasted only 20 minutes. I spoke to a general manager who wasn't even part of the department I was applying for.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
