30 minute phone interview On site interviews (2 panels-with two interviewers per interview) One more 30 minute phone interview All interviews were generic behavioral questions and occasional what would you do in this situation. Everyone was really nice and conversational. Positive experience overall, I love the company!

I just had a 30 minute interview with 2 people from the company on campus. It was a very easy interview with just the basic questions: tell me about yourself, how much do you know about the company/program, what relevant experience do you have to HR, etc. Both recruiters were extremely nice and easy to talk to. It felt more like a conversation than an interview.
