Very basic competency questions, sales (recruitment) not analytical role
I did not get a very professional approach from the recruiter
She was not capable to answer my questions
Uninterested in my work experience only academic achievements

Interview
I just had a call from HR. They started with an English ability test, followed by some behavioral questions. Then we discussed parts of the job description and the incentive structure. Eventually, I felt it wasn’t a good fit and was turned off by the mismatch.

Went through online tests and then one round of hr interview
hr is not the kindes or nicest but was straightforward enough about the position being mostly cold calling. not the most accurate job description either.

Phone Interview followed by group interview. Went well, behavioral questions were basic, group was more intense. Would recommend working with current employee prior to the group session. Job was for position in NYC
