The process for the initial interview at TB was straightforward. A lot of competency based questions with the need for specific evidence based answers. They love the STAR Method when answering.

Tell me about a time when you had to work towards a target
Conversational and structured. Covers your background, STAR-based competency questions and role/company discussion. Prepare cold outreach and multitasking examples. Two-stage interview covering CV walkthrough, competency-based STAR questions and company discussion. Fast-paced, people-focused role. Research Third Bridge's services and the Connections product beforehand.
Very lengthy and slow process, three rounds were done. Excluding telephonic round.
Communication done was very slowly and lots of follow up had to be done beacause no details werd given in timely manner.
Very professional and challenging. They will test you to your potential. However the people are nice and friendly. The process starts from HR to Manager then to VP. Overall it took me 2 weeks to complete everything.
