Applied on the Twitch careers site. Was called by recruiter roughly 5-7 days later and had an intro call covering standard questions: why are you leaving your current job?, what are you looking for? why Twitch? What's your favorite iOS app and why? what's your least favorite app?. We then scheduled a call with the hiring manager for a live coding exercise. Everyone was extremely nice, it was a real pleasure.
