      I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Uber (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2017

      Interview

      First, a third party hiring recruiter emails you about the job opportunity. They state the job very quickly and the hours you may work, they are unsure about the hours and salary/hourly pay. They will give you an estimate. Then you will have to do a creative assessment, in 24 hours from the call. The creative assessment takes about 5 hours, (not enough time to really think if you want the job with the hours that were briefly given by the recruiter). Then once you complete that, you will receive an email about a final interview for the next day or the following day. In the interview make sure you articulate your words well. Then you will receive a worksheet where they have you edit a a paragraph and write about how you would handle a situation and when is the last time you went out of your way for someone. They will give you a "pen" to write with, which is tough because it's easy to make mistakes with ink. Ultimately, it's a quick process and the pay is $15/hour. If you like that the interview is rushed and there may be an only option for you to work overnights, then this is for you.

      There were two interviews with senior management and they were very nice and the questions were not overly difficult. The whole process took around 2 weeks so it was quite quick.

      The two ladies talked about the company and the roles. They asked about five questions in total. Mainly cv questions and times I overcame obstacles. Uber never came back to me with their decision which sucks as they told me I would hear back early the next week but I was waiting all week and nothing. It wouldnt have been hard for them to send on an email, especially as they contacted me for the interview in the first place. I wont be applying or recommending them in the future.

      Applied online, the process took around week and it was all online. First interview with recrutier (30 minutes), next Creative exercise (5 question, 1 hour to answer) and after that interview with Team Leader (30 minutes) .
